The Fukuoka international Student Support Center (FiSSC) is part of the ‘FUKUOKA IS OPEN Center’.
Located on the 3rd floor of the ACROS Fukuoka building in Tenjin, the FUKUOKA IS OPEN Center is a place where you can consult about various topics for free. Several local government organizations work together, making it a one-stop helpdesk where you can ask about various different topics, including Status of Residence, in your preferred language. You can talk to us in person, or you can also consult with us by phone, email, or online call.
What you can ask about at the FUKUOKA IS OPEN Center
・The job-hunting process for international students
・Status of Residence procedures
・Finding employment as an international resident
・Japanese laws and regulations
・Daily life and work for international residents
・Problems at work for international residents
And much more!
